Our Sites automatically collect the following analytical information:

·      The town/country you accessed the Our Sites from

·      Your IP Address 

·      Pages you visit

This data is kept for 1 year, after which time it is automatically deleted.  It is stored on a secure Squarespace server. 
We use this data to better understand how people are accessing Our Site and how they are using it. This data helps us to improve the site and services provided. 

This data is only accessible by the ‘Language of Clay Team’.
Terms of our funding may require us to share this data with certain partners, in part or full. We reserve the right to share, when required, this data with Mission Gallery, the Arts Council of Wales and/or other funders. 

Squarespace, the operator of our site, is based in the USA. GDPR requires that certain safeguards are in place when transferring data outside of the EU. Squarespace have self-certified to the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield, which allows them to lawfully transfer EU and Swiss personal data to the US, including to their US-based data centers.
